Lehi Enters Phase II Water Restrictions (citywide conservation update) – Effective Apr 22. Due to drought conditions and low water supply, Lehi has moved into Phase II of its water conservation plan, limiting outdoor irrigation to once every two days (with at least 48 hours between watering).
