Imaginaria is still going strong, Dinos After Dark is Monday night, and Ashton Gardens has an outdoor movie Friday followed by a free concert on Sunday. If you've got kids, Lehi Library's puppet shows and Skyridge High fall sports tryouts are also on the calendar.

Lehi Football Season Kicks Off with Community Fundraiser: Lehi High School is inviting the community to support the Pioneers at its annual Football Dinner and Auction on Saturday, Aug. 1, with proceeds benefiting the football program through new uniforms, equipment, and team travel. Fans can also celebrate the start of the season at the Purple and White kickoff games on Friday, Aug. 7, featuring a tailgate, food vendors, family activities, and a chance to meet the 2026 football team, coaches, cheerleaders, and drill team before kickoff.

Lehi Shares Resident Recycling Guide: Lehi City has released a new resident recycling guide to help households recycle with confidence, covering what belongs in curbside bins, what should stay out, where to recycle glass at the city's three park collection sites, and how to understand recent Waste Management recycling notices. The guide also includes practical tips to reduce contamination and help keep Lehi's recycling program running efficiently. Residents can find additional recycling resources and collection information on Lehi City's official garbage and recycling page.

Hey neighbors! Here’s a three-stop summer plan that stays entirely in Lehi. Start with an afternoon swim, grab dinner at a locally operated restaurant, then finish with a relaxed park walk as the temperature begins to drop.

Place: Mountain America Jurassic Jungle

Start around 3:00 PM at Jurassic Jungle, an indoor prehistoric playground with five levels of climbing structures, a volcano slide, dinosaur animatronics and interactive missions. Saturday admission is $16 for children ages 2–12 and $5 for adults, while children 1 and younger enter free. Admission is time-ticketed, so purchase tickets in advance and complete the required waiver before arriving. Everyone must wear grip socks, which may be brought from home or purchased for $3.

After playtime, head to One Man Band around 5:20 PM for a casual dinner in a locally operated, 1950s-style diner. The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, chicken dishes, breakfast plates and other familiar options, with many adult meals priced around $11–$14. Children ages 12 and younger can choose from $6.99 meals that include a small drink, making this a practical stop for families. The diner stays open until 9:30 PM on Saturdays.

Finish the outing with ice cream at Handel’s, located directly across Main Street from the diner. The Lehi shop offers a long list of flavors, along with sorbet and non-dairy choices, and stays open until 11:00 PM on Saturdays. Prices vary by order, so everyone can choose a cone, dish or another treat before heading home. Use the marked crossing and supervise children because Main Street can be busy.

Lehi City Council Meeting – Tue, July 28, 2026, beginning at 4:30 PM in the Lehi City Council Chambers, 131 N. 100 E., Lehi. The City Council will hold a pre-council work session to discuss topics including the Fire Department's heavy rescue program, the Downtown Facilities Master Plan, and proposed parking code updates before the regular meeting. The Lehi City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public input on proposed impact fees for public safety facilities, including the related Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis. Residents are encouraged to attend, learn more about the proposal, and share comments before the council considers adoption.

Public Hearing for Executive Officers Compensation Increases – Tue, July 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Lehi City Council Chambers, 131 N. 100 E., Lehi. The Lehi City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on proposed FY2027 compensation for the city's executive officers before taking action. Residents are encouraged to attend to stay informed and provide public comment on the proposed compensation increases.
