The Ice Cream Run That's Actually an Adventure

📍2929 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, UT 84043
An ice cream stop doesn't usually come with mammoths, dinosaurs, and an ice cave. Tucked inside Thanksgiving Point's Museum of Ancient Life, Ice Age Creamery is designed to feel like a prehistoric adventure, complete with an immersive Ice Age setting, animatronic mammoths, and dinosaur-themed surroundings. The shop serves hand-scooped, farm-fresh ice cream, along with oversized dessert skillets featuring warm cookies or brownies topped with ice cream if you're feeling ambitious.
What makes this one fun is that the ice cream is only part of the outing. You can grab a cone and wander around Thanksgiving Point afterward, stroll through the grounds, explore nearby attractions, or make a full evening out of it. It's an easy pick for families, a low-key date night, or anyone looking for an excuse to get out of the house without committing to a big activity. Between the dinosaur museum atmosphere and the dessert itself, it feels a lot more memorable than your average ice cream run.
